We Are Re-Opening!
After being closed for over 12 months, we are delighted to say that Milford Haven Museum is finally re-opening to the public on Friday 11th June 2021 at 10:30.
Since we have been closed, a huge amount of work has taken place. Whilst it hasn't been without it's challenges, including COVID restrictions and lockdowns, we are pleased with the amazing work that has been achieved.
Noticeably, the exterior of the museum looks totally different! The 1797 red sandstone has been repaired and the building re-rendered in keeping with the buildings original design. In addition, we have had a new disabled access automatic door fitted.
Internally, we have been painting and updating the displays and exhibitions. Plus, we have had all the lighting upgraded and a brand new Internet and WiFi system installed.
We can't wait to welcome lots of visitors back in the the Museum once again, in a safe and socially distant manner.
